- Create a world-class travel, tourism and hospitality training center serving Palestine and the region.
- Provide local, and internationally recognized, industry-specific educational courses, accreditations, and certifications.
- Introduce state-of-the-art facilities and innovative teaching methods.
- Provide a broad range of up-to-date training products delivered by industry experts.
- Deliver cutting edge curriculum emphasizing industry best practices.
- Identify and continuously meet the capability needs of participants.
- Encourage students, and entry-level professionals, to pursue a career in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.
- Support advanced professionals and executives to further increase their knowledge and skills in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.
- Assist with providing employment opportunities for participants through our extensive network of partners.
- Offer value-added soft skills training including: English language, customer service, computer and CV writing.
